Return & Refund Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Your right to withdraw

If you bought as a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

How to return an item

Condition of returned goods

Items should be unused, clean and complete, including lids, spoons, trays and stands. You may handle the goods as you would in a shop. If an item has been used beyond that, for example filled with spices or washed in a dishwasher, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value.

Return shipping cost

You pay the cost of sending goods back, unless the item was faulty, damaged in transit or different from what you ordered. In those cases we cover the return cost.

Refunds

We refund the price of the goods and the original standard delivery fee within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until the goods arrive or until you show proof of posting. The refund is made by the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise.

Faulty or damaged items

If an item arrives broken or has a defect, send us photographs and your order number. You can choose a replacement or a repair where possible, and if neither is possible, a price reduction or a refund.

Exchanges

To swap one size or model for another, return the original item for a refund and place a new order. That way you are not left waiting for stock.
